The Warrior beginner camps are unique to the Warrior Gym and are the ideal way to get into training boxing our kickboxing at our gym.
No two gyms are alike and every gym has different ways of training, strategies and regimes so it stands to reason that it's hard to get a feel for a gym after only one lesson. There are normally three different types of people that start training, the total novice, the person that has done a little in the past and the drifter that has been round all the local gyms.
What is a beginners camp?
A beginners camp is a four-week introduction to training at our gym for new people attending our gym. Sessions are 90 min in duration and run twice weekly over the four week period. The emphasis is on giving participants the necessary detailed instruction to understand how we train the systems technically whilst improving their physical fitness. The beginners camp is, therefore, a lower intensive way of starting your training with us.
What do you need to know?
