Description

Beginners boxing skills development training for adult males and females of all abilities, enabling practitioners to adapt to how we train at the Warriors Gym. Warrior Gym coaches are experienced and trained at focusing on specific training fundamentals and advanced drill sequences for all phases of the sport. Bag drills, padding, and boxing-specific physical and mental conditioning.

Training Schedule

The camp will run for 4 weeks twice weekly, 60 min in duration. Times are Monday & Wednesday 7.30pm - 8.30pm.

Training after the camp are split into two groups

A Group:- No contact fitness only

B Group:- Contact training group

Boxing Monday & Wednesday 7.30pm - 9.00pm

 

Equipment & Clothing

No equipment is required as bag gloves will be loaned or purchase from our shop area which stcks gloves and wraps if participants do not have their own. If you have your own gear i'e gloves and wraps please bring them. Clothing is normal training attire track suit or shorts and T Shirt. No jewelry must be worn and any that can not be removed must be covered by tape. Footwear is bare feet or boxing boots

Beginners Camps Terms & Conditions

Introduction

Our agreement is with Warrior Gym who delivers our training.
These Terms and Conditions form part of our agreement with the gym. You understand that the Gym is a business and you are entering into a contract with them.
Our instructions to commence training will constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions when you will become a client (a “Client” or “you”).You are asked to pay special attention to the provisions related to cancellations. This does not affect our statutory rights.

Gym’s Obligations

The Gym will use its skills and knowledge to design a safe programme of exercise that will take into account our lifestyle, personal goals, fitness levels and medical history.
The Gym will provide the coaching, supervision, advice and support that you will need to achieve our goals. You understand that the results of any training programme cannot be guaranteed. Our progress depends on our effort and co-operation in and outside of the sessions. In particular you acknowledge that individual results may vary and no particular result is guaranteed by our Gym.
All Client information will be kept strictly private and confidential.

Our Obligations

It is understood between you and our Gym that both must commit to our training programme 100% in order for you to achieve results.
You are required to arrive on time for each Session so that the Gym’s full training plan is achieved on each visit.
You are required to wear appropriate clothing and footwear.
Our Gym may require a letter of ‘medical clearance’ from our GP. Please be aware that our GP may charge for providing this letter.
You understand and agree that it is our responsibility to inform the Gym of any conditions or changes to our health, now and ongoing, which might affect our ability to exercise safely and with minimal risk of injury.
If our Gym requires further medical information from a practitioner, you must provide such details.
You understand that there are inherent risks in participating in a programme of strenuous exercise. If you sustain or claim to sustain any injury while participating in training, you acknowledge that the Gym is not responsible, except where the injury was caused by his/her gross negligence or intentional act.
Our Gym cannot be held liable in any way for undeclared or unknown medical conditions.

Cancellation and Refunds

Once purchased, our camps are non-refundable and non transferable.
