Post lockdown FAQ for new and old students

We will be introducing a number of measures initially to safeguard coaches and participants. These include no longer loaning equipment out, restricted numbers in the classes and non-contact training initially.

Unfortunately, we will be running a restart start camps to get everyone back up to speed mentally and physically as safely as possible. This is a 4 x weekly camp training 2 x weekly.

Initially apart from general training clothing, you will need your own gloves, skipping ropes with hand wraps (180cm) optional.

No you will not need to get fit first as we will guide you every step of the way

The camp will involve mental and physical conditioning work, agility drills, back work, padwork, technical drill work.

All participants will have their temperatures taken before the sessions. Anyone showing signs of infection before or during the sessions will be asked to suspend training and seek medical advice.

There is no government guidance on the use of face masks whilst training so participants are free to choose whether to wear one during class
