We give you a 10-day 100% satisfaction guarantee on the products we sell, so if you are not happy for any reason with the quality of our training, just ask for your money back. TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Returns & Subscription Cancellations

  • 100% money back guarantee for all digital products (includes price of product only). Applicable to international orders, it does not cover any foreign exchange charges from your bank or credit card company. Plain English: We refund every penny, but your credit card company will probably convert your refund into your currency at a slightly worse rate than when you paid. We have no control over this.
  • Deposits paid for live training, when refundable where stated, are refundable for 30 days. Beyond this all deposits become non-refundable.
  • When requesting a refund, please do so via email at sales@warriorgym-preston.co.uk The refund process will take no more than 30 days. All refunds will be either returned to the original credit card or PayPal account. International credit card orders will be refunded back to the original credit card, and PayPal orders will be credited back to the PayPal account.

All live events are non-refundable.

FOR WARRIOR GYM TRAINING SUBSCRIPTIONS ONLY:

Monthly Subscriptions: You have TEN (10) Days from the date of the original purchase to request a refund for your martial arts training monthly subscription. Any refund request after the TEN (10) DAY time limit will not be processed. You may cancel at any time.

Yearly Subscriptions: For yearly subscription purchases, you have TEN (10) Days from the date of the original purchase to request a refund for your Northern Combat Martial Arts Association yearly subscription. Any refund request after the TEN (10) DAY time limit will not be processed.

Excessive returns will not be accepted. Refunds will not be given to any one customer for one specific product / service more than once. There is an unlimited amount of orders that a customer can place for one specific product / service, but the money back guarantee is void after a customer has used it for one specific product / service once.

  • Valid proof of returning a product includes a confirmation number. If the customer has a confirmation number and it is within the cancellation period, then a full refund will be issued.

Terms of Subscription Renewal:

Monthly Warrior Gym automatically renew each month at the stated retail price until the subscriber notifies the company that they wish to cancel.

Personal Cheques:

  • All cheques are held for 10 business days. Orders placed with a cheque will be held for 10 business days. Once 10 business days is complete, the order will be released and shipped.
  • All returned cheques will be charged a £15  return cheque fee.
  • Counter cheques will not be accepted.
  • Cheques and money orders must be sent in pound funds
