Training in Boxing is renown for getting its participants in great shape, whilst also developing self-discipline.
What is in a Boxing Class?
General sport specific conditioning to improve cardio, strength and flexibility. Bag and pad work out to drill a variety of different techniques. Sparring and ring work for those of you doing contact work plus a variety of different training drills to develop offensive and defensive aspects.
What do you need to know?
- Classes are unisex and we do not have dedicated male or female only classes.
- We do not have children's Boxing classes.
- An annual membership is required after the 4 week trial period
- Classes are non-contact or contact depending on your choice or coaches recommendation.
# What to wear
Training attire is general fitness clothing such as tracksuit, shorts, t-shirt.
Footwear is Boxing boots or bare feet/socks strictly no outdoor footwear allowed on the mats, no exceptions.
Earings or piercings are not permitted to be worn during training unless covered by clothing tape or plasters.
# Pro tips
Be on time for training. These are group classes which means we train as a group, holding up a class will not be tolerated.
Do not chew gum whilst training.

Regular practice means greater improvement. Don't expect to improve as quick as someone if your attendance is poor.
